Vf Grille Just Commodores Was wondering if anyone knew the procedure that is involved with replacing a vf series 1 sv6 lower grille trim. do i have to remove the whole front bumper and wiring in order to reach the clips?or is there a faster way. This commodore vf grille blackout package kit includes upper grille surround and lower grille surround, to replace the chrome surrounds. to suit holden commodore vf models.

Vf Clubby Just Commodores Yes, not me, when you get the black out grille kit to apply yourself it comes with instructions on doing it. those instructions tell you to take the bumper off. they have been posted in a thread here before my quick search didn't find them, but if you've got more patience than i do you might be able to find 'em. actually. Don't like the honeycomb grill it currently has. my understanding is that the evoke and calais and calaisv use the same front panel and thus the grill space is the same. i had a bingle with a wallaby and thus cracked the grill on my calais v. i was quoted by my local dealer $425 supply and fit. Just wondering if anyone knows if the honeycomb style grill on the vf2 would fit the vf1 models. i'm not too bothered by the bumper styling on the series 2, but i did like the new grill. We completed a serious upgrade on michael’s vf v8 6.0l, transforming it into a properly sorted street performance setup with reliability and power in mind. ️ ️️ engine & cam package work: removed factory afm lifters and afm valley plate engine fully stripped and cam bearings replaced installed. Hey, was looking into purchasing a letter box grill for my commodore. i absolutely love how they look but didn't want to negatively impact the cars.
