Tuesday, nov.14 – the ucf community veterans history project presents veterans history day. students will interview veterans to capture their experiences using oral history to be preserved in the ucf library special collection and library of congress; all day, colburn hall room 205.

Ucf To Honor Remember Veterans In November Cah News The histories, which students began recording during the fall 2010 semester, are archived and made digitally available through the ucf libraries. the ucf community veterans history project will also contribute selected veterans' histories to the veterans history project at the library of congress. The ucf community veterans history project, 2011 2023 documents the oral histories of central florida veterans. it consists of hundreds of recorded interviews with veterans and civilians, as well as biographical data forms, release forms, audio video recording logs, and interview abstracts.
