Here at&t came in around january march and upgraded 99% of their sites basically overnight and as of right now i'd say 80% are on, maybe a bit more now. verizon has gone for every high elevated site and upgraded those first. They can turn it on as early as december. the exact date that the spectrum becomes available is december 5th. but verizon has publicly announced that it will launch in q1 2022, which means they probably want to get more towers upgraded before they turn it on.
