Vendors Covered Wagon Days There is a parade starting at 10am and vendors will be allowed to open directly following the parade (august 2, 2025). vendors are responsible for collecting city and county sales tax. If you are interested in registering as a vendor for the 2024 covered wagon days (saturday, august 3), please complete the application form below. please note, a $25 vendor fee must be paid in person, so please include contact information and we will follow up with you for payment.

Today's the day!!! our parade starts at 10 am!! if you want to be in the parade and didn't register don't worry we will start line up and late registration at 8 am!! so get there early to get you a number! we also have our car show and you can also register at the park, starting at 7:30!!? vendors who have signed up be there. Veteran’s dinner & auction @ 6pm – – learn more about how we support our local veterans on the cwd veterans page. this year the menu includes pulled pork sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw, chips, dessert and a drink. 8am – book sale begins!.
