Values Smart Climbing Smart climbing is run based on the values of sustainability and inclusion. treading lightly on the planet through a wide range of environmental actions, only offering evidence based coaching and evaluating its effectiveness, and making an active offer to all to make coaching accessible are important to dr rebecca williams. Since then, i’ve been coaching climbers on mental skills for climbing, working with hundreds of climbers every year on all aspects of their headgame, to develop their confidence and improve their climbing psyche.
