Use Case At Siv Caas Project This project is currently applying the cdd methodology in use cases from two spanish smes. upvlc is also developing some method components to improve and adapt the current cdd methodology, mainly introducing research ideas from the mdd community. This meeting occurred in siv.ag – one of the project main partners that leads the use case on the technology field. the sig.av integrates a broad range consulting services and implementation of business solutions in partnership with oracle. Enterprises are facing the need to adapt their businesses according to various situations in which their applications need to be used. to answer this challenge an eu fp7 project “capability as a service in digital enterprises” (caas) has been initiated. The objectives of this paper are (1) to present the requirements for the different perspectives of cdd; and (2) to illustrate how the perspectives have been designed and implemented in two industrial use cases of the caas project.

The objectives of this paper are (1) to present the requirements for the different perspectives of cdd; and (2) to illustrate how the perspectives have been designed and implemented in two industrial use cases of the caas project. This chapter reports on a practical case that involved the confluence of an industrial software development platform, based on the model driven development (mdd) paradigm, and a research. The project is driven by three use cases from different business domains namely, energy, compliance, and e government. these use cases act as the means of guiding the development of cdd, validating cdd and revising cdd in a project lifecycle involving three major iterations.
