Oure Experiential Learning Missouri S T In one of the world’s oldest tropical rainforests, lilly germeroth, a 2020 missouri s&t graduate in biological sciences, says she experienced a eureka moment while conducting research last summer. Experiential learning is an essential aspect of missouri s&t's unique learning environment. all undergraduate students must graduate with a significant experiential learning experience. The purpose of the oure fellows program is to increase the quality of experiential learning for missouri s&t students, funding has been made available to support interdisciplinary research projects for undergraduates. In every case, the supervisor (s) of the activity must assess the student’s performance in the activity as satisfactory. in addition, the student must provide a reflection on the learning experience which must be deemed acceptable by the department’s undergraduate curriculum committee.
