Trustees Stories Trustees Week Hcr law is holding in person seminars during trustees’ week 2025 (3 7 november) to celebrate and support charity trustees. held annually each november, trustees’ week highlights the vital role trustees play in the governance and success of charities and voluntary organisations. On 4 november we brought together over 100 trustees plus charity and governance expert speakers to celebrate trustees' week 2025 at a conference in glasgow. hosted by scvo, we celebrated the work trustees do and shared inspiration, experience and knowledge. How to build your confidence as a trustee (free ‘aspiring trustee series’). build your presence, find your voice, and hear how others overcame self doubt to become effective board members. As part of trustees’ week 2025, wig invites you to a webinar designed to help professionals take their first step into trusteeship and understand how cross sector experience can strengthen the boards they join.

As part of trustees’ week 2025, wig invites you to a webinar designed to help professionals take their first step into trusteeship and understand how cross sector experience can strengthen the boards they join. This online panel, hosted by the digital trustees programme at third sector lab in partnership with oscr, will explore what it means to be a trustee in 2025 and beyond. Throughout the week there’ll be a range events taking place, from webinars and panel discussions to practical workshops. this in person seminar, hosted by hcr law birmingham on 4 november 2025, celebrates the vital role of charity trustees.
