Our mission at lse to empower business and economics students to achieve academic confidence and long term success by delivering personalized, high quality mentoring. The ethnic minority mentoring scheme connects black and ethnic minority students with lse alumni, creating the opportunity to share knowledge, provide support, and discuss future plans. Focus on building core skills: mentoring can aid the development of essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity and empathy. the new perspectives it offers help students and budding entrepreneurs think about the world and the challenges we experience in different ways.
