Transfer Transitions Theu Although, transfer students may primarily rely on social engagement outside of school for support, instructors can still play an important role in helping transfer students feel more socially connected to campus. To address the full transfer journey, we've identified five pillars that form the foundation of a successful transfer student experience. the transfer experience should be prioritized, equitable and inclusive, comprehensive, collaborative, and student centered.
