Trailer Build The Bbq Brethren Forums
Trailer Build The Bbq Brethren Forums I just finished up my first bbq concession events over the past couple months and i am now ready to move on from the borrowed trailer, to my own. this is where you come in. Bbq brethren forums.
Trailer The Bbq Brethren Forums Our goal: to help anyone who comes in make the best bbq they ever produced; whether it be for your family, your friends or the kcbs judge; and at the same time build lasting friendships and a commaraderie that makes us stand out from other internet forums. Since i've never needed more than the standard electrical hookup in the past, how do you guys attached power to your trailer? the breaker box comes with a 25 foot lifeline, but i imaging the door or ramp would have to be open cracked to connect the power. Picked up this trailer yesterday from a friend and want to customize it for comps. the trailer itself is in perfect condition except for the floor boards. once i clean her up and replace the floor, it'll be time to start adding some accessories. we're going to add two large bges to the trailer. It will be my fall winter project to turn this into a functional bbq trailer, complete with certified mobile kitchen and seperate small sleeping relaxing quarters.

Here are the last pics of the trailer build before the first cook. we made three stainless racks for the main chamber, and then finished the stack, which is removable and secured by nuts. I plan to build a small bbq rig with some easy stuff like fajita's, burgers and steak also. i want to make it on butts, and briskets and maybe chicken but have my doubts with the demographics. So after years of drooling over everyone else's builds, taking mental notes here and there on my favorite features, i'm building my own (well having someone do the welding for me)!. Welcome to the bbq brethren! this group is meant to be a place where we can more easily communicate and share about our mutual love of all things bbq! i.
