Torch Light Unwrap Is there same function like numpy.unwrap in pytorch? i want to implement hilbert transform and extract envelope & temporal fine structure in pytorch with gpu. i failed to find the same pytorch function like “scipy.hilb…. I think that in general, we should remove unwrap torch pile when saving the model. maybe you can do a simpler example when you wrap a model with torch pile and you try to save it to reproduce the error.

Torch Unwrap Yes, i'm looking for 2d phase unwrap function. i had noticed that discussion topic and i still don't know how to solve 2d problem. i wonder if there is any function like skimage.restoration.unwrap phase in pytorch. i want to use it on gpu. How to unwrap after auto wrap in fsdp? · issue #103962 · pytorch pytorch. i am currently fine tuning a llm (llama) and would like to retrieve the gradients of each weight (parameter) after every gradient update. however, i notice that weights are (auto) wrapped into stuff like “ fsdp wrapped module. flat param” during training. A context manager or decorator to control whether transformedenv should automatically unwrap nested transformedenv instances. parameters: mode (bool) – whether to automatically unwrap nested transformedenv instances. if false, transformedenv will not unwrap nested instances. defaults to true.

There’s a paragraph of the documentation saying that this is not supported: ux limitations — pytorch 2.9 documentation. however, using torch.func.debug unwrap on the tensor to escape makes it work: global dot products. dot products = torch.func.debug unwrap(x @ y). Fsdp keeps the model sharded outside of forward backwards so that’s why you’re seeing that. in order to both see the unwrapped and unsharded model state you can use the summon full params context manager. unfortunately this method is not available on pytorch 11.1 and you’ll need to use nightly builds. This function should only be used in a debug setting (e.g. trying to print the value of a tensor in a debugger). otherwise, using the result of function inside of a function being transformed will lead to undefined behavior. return type tensor rate this page ★★★★★ send feedback previous patching batch norm next ux limitations. I've tried doing an fftshift of my data so that unwrapping starts at the zero frequency; however that doesn't change much the only notable difference is a small bump in the centre of the output. if anyone knows about phase unwrapping and could help me out that'd be great.
