Whenever i plug in the usb cable of my t300 rs wheel, it starts to make a very loud noise as seen in the video attached. this also happens when in idle mode (not in any game). i've tried it with 2 different computers and a laptop, every time the same thing. i've also tried all usb ports on my pc.

I've noticed that lately, the wheel forces the fan on and is consistently buzzing. so, i have to wait for a few seconds for it to stop and reenable it in hopes that it stops buzzing (it is that loud). the fan has been replaced twice as tm noticed that the previous fans has issues as well (buzzing).
