Finished Sorta Fandom Pretty much everyone who's played minecraft has gone to the minecraft wiki either to find a crafting recipe, learn what a mob drops, or find an extremely niche feature to make a 30 second video on but in a few months, the wiki as we know. After several discussions, we are excited to announce that the minecraft wiki has now moved from fandom to minecraft.wiki – all of the information about the game can now be found at the new location! by moving to a new place, we are able to bring lots of improvements to the wiki. Unfortunately fandom is pretty hostile to wikis that decide to move away, so the fandom site will continue to remain up despite being abandoned, and outside of a limited time period will not allow any link to the new wiki or indication that it's moved. Since we are no longer part of fandom, we are now able to bring lots of improvements to the wiki – including a new but familiar design, significantly fewer ads, faster load times, and the ability to edit without having to create an account.
