College Lake Integrated Resources Management Project The college lake integrated resources management project is developing facilities to use the lake water as an alternative to groundwater for agricultural irrigation. to do this, the project is increasing the storage capacity of the lake to approximately 1,700 acre feet. The project establishes college lake as a new water supply source to reduce groundwater overdraft and seawater intrusion, while supporting habitat for the endangered south central california coast steelhead.
