Utilizing a nationally representative survey, we analyze (1) online course enrollment and (2) online learning engagement (self learning and communication based learning activities) and their relationship with being employed. Technological literacy is not just about being able to use computers or other electronic devices, but also encompasses a broader knowledge of the impact that technology can have on society.
