Summer scream is the only private, cultural event to take over denver’s historic lakeside amusement park — all in support of denver film. that's right, you get to enjoy the coolest party in denver all while you support denver's only non profit film organization!. Come out for the 2nd annual denver community film fest! the night will feature a reception, screening & post film discussion of the documentary truth be told on may 21st, 2026. the event will take place at the historic elitch theater, a beautiful 135 year old northside theater. tickets are free to all but donations are highly encouraged (suggested donation $10 ~ with $2 going to support local.
