Healthpartners Neuroscience Research Internship Program Neuroscience The johns hopkins neuroscience scholars program was an immersive summer research internship between 2018 2024 for highly motivated students at the undergraduate level (rising sophomore or junior). The summer internship program (sip) provides an immersive 10 week research program in laboratories at johns hopkins. the department of neuroscience supports these summer internships for undergraduate students considering graduate studies in neuroscience and related areas. Experience a day in the life of mauli bhogade, a participant in the uf summer neuroscience internship program, known as snip. in its 10th year, the snip program has trained 119 undergrads throughout the u.s. with hands on laboratory work and mentorship opportunities. Students are selected for the program after a series of steps that include application screening, interviews, and invitation to participate based on the availability of suitable mentors. The ultimate goal of this summer program is to provide students with a strong research experience in preparation for graduate school and to encourage them to pursue a career in brain science.
