Students Skillsusapa Skillsusa serves students enrolled in career and technical education training programs in our nation’s public high schools and colleges. skillsusa complements technical skill training with instruction that is co curricular and integral to cte programs making a well rounded worker and citizen. The pennsylvania youth development foundation of skillsusa is dedicated to encouraging and providing student members with opportunities for leadership and workforce development through scholarships, special financial grants, and education. Through leadership opportunities, chapter programming, career competitions, and industry connections, students develop essential personal, workplace, and technical skills. all programming is grounded in the skillsusa framework, which focuses on 17 career readiness skills essential for success.
