Student Leadership Programs Young Leaders Academy Each year since 2014, young leaders, strong city has brought together high school students from across the dallas ft. worth area. the summit is a full day leadership development experience with meaningful discussions on identity, mental health and organizing for change. The atmosphere at young leaders academy is centered on leadership skill development, family values and good citizenship. we believe in small class sizes that fostering interaction with teachers and students. Developed by michael grose, the young leaders program helps teachers develop student leadership in the final two years of primary school. Join our 8 week summer leadership program designed to teach a unique blend of debate and persuasion, entrepreneurship, and teamwork skills, through a shark tank final project!. We cover important leadership skills in every course. it’s a fun, engaging way to help each student with their personal development and a highly cost effective one too. Facilitated by local educators, artists, historians and students, our programming offers the opportunity to critically engage with other youth from different backgrounds and identities.
