We’ve been working with cwmpas to create a new way of living where young adults with learning disabilities can thrive and have a genuine voice, choice and control over where they live. This summer, the communities creating homes team has been touring communities across wales, sharing inspiring stories of community led housing. over the course of june, we met with groups, community members and housing activists in holyhead, newtown, carmarthen, and pontypridd.
