Phoenix Starfish Place City Of Phoenix The phoenix housing department recently purchased a 15 unit multi family community that was built in 2013 and originally designed to serve as transitional supportive housing. Phoenix starfish place opened in november 2017 and has provided transitional housing to x# of households. beginning in december of 2023, the city of phoenix shifted phoenix starfish place from housing and urban development vouchers to the general fund. The property includes a mixture of two and three bedroom apartments units on 1.8 acres with a 6,800 square foot resident services building. the housing department is dedicating this community to. Beyond housing and community living, phoenix starfish place is centered around programs that help survivors heal, rebuild their lives, manage money, and thrive independently.
