Join Src S New Aboriginal Mentorship Program We provide both ‘one on one’ positive role modelling and mentoring sessions and also do small groups of up to 12 individuals. these sessions can range from a minimum of one hour up to a full day’s activities and can be applied to any gender. Funded by queensland health, the program provides participants with clinical leadership training, community engagement projects, and mentorship from experienced first nations healthcare leaders.

Our programs are designed to empower indigenous and oceanic individuals especially youth by pairing them with trusted mentors who understand their journey, values, and aspirations. The program includes coaching and mentoring throughout the school year to help set students up for success, along with meaningful, hands on summer employment. To achieve this, the program funds aboriginal organisations to deliver local mentoring programs. the mentoring programs are designed and delivered in collaboration with aboriginal young people. this model recognises that aboriginal organisations best understand the needs of aboriginal communities.
