All workspaces are assigned to a premium capacity, and my user account is part of an azure ad group that has the member role in each workspace. however, when i try to create a pipeline and assign these environments, i receive a message saying that no workspaces are available to assign. I have a personal msa account that i have been using to create workspaces and pages in loop for the past few months. recently, i am unable to create any new workspace or page.
