Snaphu Software Interferometry Step Forum
Snaphu Problem Interferometry Step Forum I have problems in using snaphu unwrapping with the main objetive of obtaining a dem. i have exported the files well, but when i use snaphu unwrapping it does not work. Snaphu always produces complete unwrapped solutions, and, in our tests, its accuracy is comparable to or better than that of other available algorithms. as snaphu uses an iterative optimization procedure, its execution time depends on the difficulty of the interferogram.
Snaphu File Snaphu Step Forum In this recipe, we will use snaphu, which is a two dimensional phase unwrapping algorithm developed by chen and zebker. the software is publicly available and should run on most unix linux platforms. the interferometric phase is ambiguous and only known within 2π. Given an input interferogram and other observable data, snaphu attempts to compute congruent phase unwrapped solutions that are maximally probable in an approximate a posteriori sense. the algorithm's solver routine is based on network optimization. by default, snaphu assumes that its input is a synthetic aperture radar (sar).

Black lines are there since the software was installed. i did not install the software, our hpc admin did. the lines are present even when i zoom in. but when i export the images to geotiff and open in arcmap, black lines do not show up. so, i am guessing that black lines can be ignored. To unwrap the interferograms, i use snaphu export, the snaphu unwrapping plugin and snaphu import. however, no matter what i do, the resulting “unwrapped interferogram” is very bad. i’ve tried performing my workflow for different timespans, and both 24 days and 12 day intervals. After creating a wrapped interferogram stack, use the snaphu export to prepare the data for unwrapping with snaphu.
