Programs Mcca Mcca follows a strict age policy. all students must be 3, 4, or 5 years of age on or before september 1st. students will be placed in a class according to age. you must apply for the proper grade and academic year or you will need to submit a new application and submit another fee. Mcca, as a state licensed childcare center, is approved to accept families on erdc. this can cover the cost of your childcare! see if you qualify today!.
