Scholarship Program Plano Symphony Orchestra Continuing its long partnership with the plano isd, the plano symphony orchestra (pso) announced on tuesday the launch of a scholarship program benefitting 6 th and 7 th grade students enrolled in plano isd instrumental music education programs. Pso announced their scholarship program tuesday, january 21st at the saigling house in downtown plano. the student selection criteria is demonstrated financial need, current 6th or 7th grade student, student essay, clear musical potential, character reference and parent approval.
