I have never hatched runner ducklings from my own ducks so i'm very excited to say the least! the possible breeding females i have are 4 fawn, 2 black, 2 blue, and 1 brown.

As a first time duck owner i can say i am impressed and have already placed a second order for more runners in different colors. i spoil my ducklings and they follow me and my husband around the yard. These uniquely appearing ducks — sometimes referred to as 'penguin ducks' or 'bottle neck ducks' — have long, slender bodies and a vertical posture. runners do not waddle like other ducks but move upright with a quick step. I work primarily in papier mache, recycling newspapers and magazines and using my own flour and water paste. i make animals and birds and i also produce figures to commission. the colour for all my pieces comes from the magazines used there is no additional painting. i also enjoy creating collage and mixed media pieces, often recycling paint and print experiments into new works and have.
