Residential Wellbeing Program Esf Emergency Services Foundation The purpose of establishing a residential wellbeing pilot program for victorian emergency service workers is to: assist serving emergency workers to understand the mechanisms and effects of operational stress on the body, the brain, on behaviour and on relationships. This presentation will explain how the program operates and share the outstanding clinical results it achieved in the pilot for participants, families and workplaces and plans for further development.
Residential Wellbeing Program Esf Emergency Services Foundation In an australian first, the emergency services foundation (esf) has begun to pilot a residential wellbeing program for emergency service volunteers and paid staff, with six programs scheduled in 2024. After six years of global research and development, emergency services foundation (esf) proudly piloted the residential wellbeing program (rwp), with 48 participants from nine of victoria’s emergency service agencies. From significant reductions in psychological distress and ptsd symptoms, to lasting ripple effects across families and workplaces this program is already changing lives. The emergency services foundation continues its important work to protect all workers in the em sector, and has launched six pilots in its residential wellbeing program.
