Research Day 2010 Research Days Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students. the uwi, mona ranks first in jamaica among accredited tertiary level programmes. in 2012, the university was again one of jamaica’s top 100 employers. Within this frame, slori organises since 2006 a series of events to promote research activities and the researcher’s profession in the field of social sciences.

This year 95 westphal students from eleven of our different majors were among the over 500 drexel students who participated in research day. our students' work always looks markedly different and in addition to traditional poster presentations, our students presented videos, performances and digital media.

Research day is a campus wide event to promote faculty and trainee development through the sharing of more than 150 research studies. attendees will also have an opportunity to learn about research core facilities that can help make research being done at feinberg more efficient.
