Fanatec Wrc Wheel Not Working R Fanatec Does it work if you remove the button cap? had a weird issue with one of my universal hub button clusters where one of the button caps was stopping the button from travelling far enough to register. After reconnecting to the ps5 pro, the buttons on the steering wheel do not work. i turn on the base by pressing the power button, a blue light on the button lights up, the steering wheel rotates, sets itself in the center, the led screen shows information about the firmware and the fanatec logo.

A video usually is the easiest and quickest way to initiate a replacement or a repair, the best would be to show us the issue with the fanatec software on your pc. I see a lot lot of complaining about fanatec and can’t speak to anyone else’s experience, however, when i had a problem with my wheel in march they replaced the wheel even though i had probably been responsible for the damage and would have paid to fix it. All buttons and shifter stopped working while racing, steering and pedals work normally this happens randomly, not very frequently but it happened to both mclaren and rs rim, so it’s more likely to be a problem of gt dd pro base.

Update: i realized the right joystick, i.e. 12 is broke (moving freely). and the buttons register if that joystick is held in a certain position.
