About Qec Qec At qec we have a community program called pasds (parenting assessment and skills development). it is a parenting program for families engaged with child. In this program, we work in partnership with you to bring enjoyment back into your parenting. it’s for families with children aged from newborn until their 4th birthday, and helps build your parenting strengths to create a healthy foundation for your child’s future. Through the hard work and dedication of our employees, we deliver electricity to approximately 15,500 electrical customers across the territory by operating 25 stand alone diesel power plants in 25 communities. From residential, day visit, and telehealth programs, we’ll help you find the right support at every stage.
