Qac 5 Eamtc The eamtc is a non profit making foundation registered in the netherlands. it is an independent industry body comprising training organisations and those in associated enterprises. Members include easa part 147 approved and other basic and aircraft type training organisations, easa part 145 approved organisations, oem, mro, training equipment and software providers and others related to the industry. the eamtc charter gives full details of the foundation.
