Propulsion Systems Cu Aerospace The cu aerospace (cua) vacco cubesat high impulse propulsion system (chips) offers a miniaturized and well integrated small satellite propulsion solution, including both a main thruster and three axis attitude control system (acs). This project will allow cu aerospace to demonstrate the flight worthiness of its thrusters and to gain distinction as a provider of less costly and safer alternatives to the propulsion systems currently on the market. In this paper, we employed steady state numerical analysis techniques in conjunction with actuator disk models and overset mesh to investigate aero propulsion coupling effects and installation characteristics of a dep configuration with 5 ducted fans distributed along the wing's trailing edge. In this review paper, several scholarly articles were surveyed to get an insight into the current landscape of research endeavors and the formulated derivations related to electric aircraft developments. the barriers and the needed future technological development paths are discussed.
