We are organizing a consortium of universities, clinicians, psychologists, hospitals, telehealth, and technology providers to provide digital health and telehealth aid where it’s needed most. Independent, impartial medical humanitarian assistance to the people who need it most. doctors without borders médecins sans frontières (msf) cares for people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural and human made disasters, and exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries. In july 2023, a team of dedicated doctors, nurses, logisticians, and volunteers worked to restart the hospital at capacity again. since then, they have worked under extreme pressure, risking their lives daily to keep providing care. The activities carried out under these three projects complement each other, creating a coherent strategy for improving medical care in the border region. It draws on cross national case studies, reviews existing legal and ethical frameworks, and explores feasible models such as cross border care agreements, tele oncology, and triage systems adapted for oncology in crisis zones.
