Programs Center For Water Policy Established in 2011 through a $2.6 million endowment from lynde b. uihlein, the center builds on the research of the school of freshwater sciences, the uw system, and networks and partnerships with top scholars, scientists and policy institutions across the country and around the world. Mission: to enhance policy design capacity building through research, training, dialogues and problem oriented analysis. ies is housed within the prestigious lkyspp and draws heritage from its predecessor, the institute for water policy (iwp), now known as the centre for water policy.

Programs Center For Water Policy Collaboration with local stakeholders in urban water systems is critical to co creating responsive and impactful research and extension programs for urban water solutions that will advance economic and environmental sustainability across the state.
