After all was said and done we got in and set up. the remainder of the weekend went well. rode along the border fence, had a couple of good runs, did a bunch of kids rides in the smaller dunes, watched and ran the sand drags. we took the kids sand sledding and sand boarding again. Glamis & gordons well have several camping areas, as well as promising days of fun & great riding for all levels. my review is mainly about gordons well, but i mention glamis too. glamis is considered the north side of the dunes, while gordons well is on the south side. The conversations and the preparation might be different from group to group but there is one thing that unites us all, the feeling of kicking that bike over or starting that engine for the 1st time after it hits the sand.
