Poster Session Guidelines Palmer Commons Poster session guidelines palmer commons offers 25 double sided 6’ x 4’ boards that can accommodate 50 poster slots. the cost is $15.00 per poster board and includes setup and removal. poster sessions can be setup in the great lakes ballroom and atrium 4 on the 4 th floor.
