Atm the only solution i found is never touch blasphemy if it works well. every time i want to change setup for blasphemy while set 1 or set 2 can't afford new spirit requirements, after chaging setup it's done. from now on it's permanently bugged and will never work on one of the sets.

So i’m a witch trying to use blasphemy and equip temporal chains (any curse for that matter) and when i equip it to the blasphemy it still says it costs 0 and the curse doesn’t work. So place it (or another curse gem) in your inventory, click it, and drag it into an available slot in the blasphemy skill. you then need to have the required amount of spirit available (60 per curse i believe) in order to activate it. As long as you have the blasphemous blade in one hand, or even just in your off hand slot while one or two handing a different weapon in the other slot, it heals you after each enemy death, you don't have to actually use it at all to reap the rewards! 😊.
