Pidp 8 Ceds With the upcoming pidp 10 and pidp 1 replicas adding to the existing pidp 11 and 8 kits, this project has well and truly outgrown oscar's house. so, since july 2023, the four of us make pidp kits in our retrocomputing 'micro factory': ceds. As of march 2024, over 4000 pidp 8s have been made! you can produce your own at any time from the design files here. however, there are unusually large economies of scale in this project. the cost of the acrylic front panel, for instance, falls dramatically if you buy in quantities.
