Peter Rowe Stephen Mclaughlan Gallery Melbourne Peter rowe is a mature artist, who works with acrylic paint on canvas from a studio on the mornington peninsula. his artistic career evolved from five years training in undergraduate post graduate studies at the vca followed by teacher training at the scv.
