Performance Based Design Parametric House This thesis intends to develop a combination of parametric design, analysis tools and optimization algorithms in order to find an optimal design solution, based on a specific architectural design as a conceptual basis. The proposed method is structured as a mixed initiative approach, in which parametric modelling is the key to creating a synergistic relationship between the architect and the computational.
