Sistem sorting ini terdiri dari sensor ldr, komparator non inverting, mikrokontroler mcs 51, rangkaian relay, dan motor dc . sensor ldr yang berfungsi mendeteksi ketinggian barang, komparator non inverting sebagai pembanding nilai tegangan output dan tegangan referensi sehingga menghasilkan keadaan low dan high. The pm sensor uses laser attenuation and photo multiplier reflectance. it sorts material based on color, structure, size, and shape differences and can be used as a supplementary detector to complement other sensors. Sorting decisions are made based on information acquired by one or more sensors. a particular strength of the technology is the flexibility in sorting decisions, which is achieved by using various sensors and programming the data analysis.
