Circular Economy Supply Chain For Sustainable Development Goals In recent years, the circular economy has gained increasing prominence as a tool which presents solutions to some of the world’s most pressing cross cutting sustainable development. As the circular economy (ce) moves up in the agenda of research, policy, and businesses, understanding its impact on the sustainable development goals (sdgs) becomes more important.
Exposing The Links Between Circular Economy Sustainable Development As concerns rise about the achievability of the 2030 agenda for sustainable development, an opportunity is emerging to promote the circular economy as the solution of the future – and to put the concept at the heart of action on everything from tackling climate change to reducing poverty. It aims to prevent resource depletion, minimise or eliminate waste, and create a closed loop system for products, parts, and materials, all while balancing environmental protection and socio economic benefits (morseletto, 2020). The research is focused on the growing trends of circular economy supply chains and sustainable development goals. there has been a substantial number of papers in the current literature exploring cesc related to sustainability and sdgs. The circular economy (ce) and bioeconomy (be) are recognized as potential solutions for achieving sustainable develop ment, yet little research has examined their potential contribution to the united nations’ sustainable development goals (sdgs).

This paper identifies the extent to which circular economy (ce) practices are relevant for the implementation of the sustainable development goals (sdgs). Abstract omic disparities, circular economy (ce) has garnered recognition as a pragmatic mechanism for achieving sustainable development goals. To promote this transition, this research aims to investigate the existing relationship between the circular economy and sustainable development, and to identify how the circular economy can contribute to attain sustainable development goal ‘sdg12: responsible consumption and production’. Based on the above background, the aim of this research is to explain how the use of circular economy strategies can achieve sustainable development goals (sdgs) in line with the sustainable development goals (sdgs) from an islamic perspective.
