The microstructure, morphology, ferroelectricity, and ferromagnetism of the films were studied at room temperature. it can be seen from the x ray diffraction diagrams that btfo and btfno films match well with the perovskite structure without other oxide phases. This research mainly investigates the fundamental multiferroic properties of the di phasic (1 x) bi 4 ti 3 o 12 − x bifeo 3 (x = 0.1 and 0.9) composite thin films at room temperature. Since the major field of applications of this kind of materials is expected to be in thin film tunneling devices, there is a special interest in the preparation of very high quality thin films.
