Panels Otakuthon 2025 Gauging interest for an otakuthon 2025 tokusatsu themed cosplay gathering! having noticed more than a few tokusatsu cosplays this year, i had the idea of maybe doing a tokusatsu gathering for 2025! simply indicate in the comments if you'd be down to participate! the planned days would likely be friday or saturday, we'll hold a vote for when. It's nestled away from the main hallways that lead to the panel rooms, so it's comparatively quiet. the floor is carpeted with fake grass, there's a hammock (always already occupied) and wooden lounge chairs and some sort of treehouse. 🌠otakuthon 2025! so many cosplayers at otakuthon and i got to take it all in this year in my casual darcy cosplay (love being mobile from time to time). The panel talked about an evangelion sword that didn’t make it into the show but was part of the toy line, the magorox blade. the inspiration for this and other blades came from a real famous swordsmith in japan. for gquuuuuux, matsubara was asked about decisions on redesigns for certain characters.
