Our Work Microgrants We believe that pathway to success is helping individuals obtain meaningful work. our grants are focused on small business support and helping people train or obtain stable employment. intended to supplement traditional financial or cover education related expenses. Hrf’s microgrants program provides small funding to activists who are challenging tyranny on the front lines and tracks the impact of their projects to assist them in leveraging the grants to their fullest. hrf’s microgrants program has supported over 90 projects in more than 30 countries.
