Phil has spent the last 18 years in learning and development leadership roles, expanding the learning experience gained utilising training and wells simulators, similar to the rgu simulator suite including the p&a simulator in aberdeen. Graduates from rgu have excelled in state and central government services, industries, and academia. many have cleared the national eligibility test (net) and contributed meaningfully to nation building through education and research.
