Our Fellows Science Outreach The science outreach fellows will engage in hands on science experiments and activities with k 12 students in schools and community programs in our community. they will receive community engagement training, leadership, cultural competency, and science communication skill training. By combining in depth training with outreach, we hope to instill in our science fellows a lifelong interest in science education and public outreach, no matter what their careers.
Science Outreach Looking ahead, i hope to continue this work through academic research and by staying actively involved in science outreach and education. when i’m not in the field, i love reading and especially traveling with friends, and i find a lot of joy in mentoring fellow students in science along the way.
