Our Community Of Practice Resilience Dynamic Alive and growing since 2014, the resilience dynamic community of practice brings together professional coaches, internal coaches and organisational development consultants who are specialised in resilience and wellbeing through our resilience accreditation programme. Together we formed the resilience dynamic community of practice. for our clients, our growing delivery capability ensures a specialist, high quality, and consistent service. whether for coaching or masterclasses and workshops, whatever size the job, we can help.

With the ongoing support of our community of practice, the programme can help to shift your organisation’s performance and wellbeing without compromise. in house programmes require a minimum of 8 participants and maximum of 15. This community of practice (cop) focuses on advancing practical approaches to strengthen resilience of seaport infrastructure systems through the development of measurable and actionable resilience indicators. the cop, jointly convened by cdri and icsi, will bring together stakeholders from port authorities, governments, international organizations, financial institutions, and technical. This work identifies the differences between mono , multi , inter , and cross disciplinary approaches to inform community resilience strategies in academic and practice based contexts. four themes for community resilience were identified through a review of cross disciplinary literature.
